Everything showed up just as ordered. Reading between the lines, that’s really what you hope for, no missing items, no mix-ups, and no hassle. Straightforward and I’m happy with it.

"My hair is finally not begging for water"
I swear my hair feels like it’s been rescued. The dry ends are pretty much gone, and after washing, it feels so soft I keep touching it way too much. Definitely feels way more hydrated than before.

I ended up needing to return one thing because I grabbed the wrong size. The return process on underluna.com was really simple, and I didn’t have to message anyone or keep checking on it.

The refund came back a few days after they received the package. It was smoother than I expected, and they handled it with no hassle at all

"Almost Too Easy, Honestly"

"So... I tried Underluna because my frizz…"
So... I tried Under Luna because my frizz has been driving me crazy, it helped more than I thought it would. My hair looks smoother after I wash it, and it’s not nearly as puffy when I wake up in the morning. On super humid days it’s definitely not a total miracle fix, but it’s still better than what I was using before. I’d give it 4 stars because the results are good, just not perfect

My order from underluna.com showed up packed really nicely. None of the bottles were leaking, dented, or smashed, and they were wrapped securely without having a ridiculous amount of extra packaging to dig through. The box itself looked clean and neat, and everything was easy to take out and check. I especially appreciated how the bottles were snug in place, so they clearly weren’t just tossed in there. You can tell they put some care into packing it, and I was happy with that part of the order.

"Easy enough for me to actually stick with"
I’ve been liking Under Luna because it keeps my hair routine super simple, which I need. I’m usually too rushed in the morning or too tired at night to deal with a bunch of extra steps, so not having to guess what to use next has been really nice.
It fits right into my normal shower time, and my hair feels good afterward without me overthinking it. I also don’t really have the patience or space for a whole shelf full of products anymore, so this has been a good change.

I’ve been trying to pay more attention to what I’m putting in my hair lately, and this one definitely feels like a cleaner option without a bunch of random ingredients. After using it, my hair feels really nice and healthy, which I appreciate. The only reason I’m taking off a star is the price, it’s a bit expensive for what it is. Still, I’ve been happy with it overall

"Soft, Defined Curls Without the Crunch"
I’ve been using Under Luna on my waves/curls, and from what I remember compared to other products I’ve tried, this one gives me better definition without that stiff, crunchy feeling. The scent is really nice too, kind of earthy but not overpowering. I do still notice some frizz by day 2, but overall my curls look softer and more put together. I’d buy it again.

I gave Under Luna a try because my hair had been feeling rough and dry, and I was hoping for something a little gentler. After a few washes, I did start to notice my hair felt softer and wasn’t getting as frizzy, which was a nice change.

I’m giving it 4 stars because it wasn’t an instant thing for me, and at first I wasn’t totally sure how I felt about it. My hair seemed like it needed a little time to adjust, if that makes sense. Overall though, it feels healthier and nicer now, so I’m glad I stuck with it.
